Welcome to BADGA!

The Butler Area Dairy Goat Association was founded over 35 years ago and remains one of the strongest clubs in the Eastern United States. Meetings are held four times during the year not only for business but with the intention of discussing goat related concerns. Field days and seminars are also held on topics such as showmanship, sonograms, artificial insemination and general health care for goats.

BADGA is the "home" of: breeders of Top Ten does, National Champions & Spotlight Sale animals, 4-H families, commercial producers (large & small), homesteaders, hobbyists and people who love goats whether they own them or not!

The Big Butler Show in May of each year is one of the largest in Pennsylvania and draws exhibitors from Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, Maryland and West Virginia.
